Once you've completed your profile, we'll set up a video conference to learn more about your preferences. This way, we'll connect with your real needs and expectations.

3. Signing the Relocation Contract

We will send you a contract from our company, and after payment for the service is made, we will begin the search process.

4. Looking for the ideal home

Based on your profile and our conversations, we begin the search for your property . During this step, we'll share details of each property, including photos and videos, as well as relevant information such as nearby shops and services.

5. Deal Closed and Payment

Once you have chosen the property, we will begin the process of signing the lease or purchase agreement. Please be prepared to pay the agreed amounts.

6. Service connection

With the contract formalized, your home is ready to receive all services. We'll arrange for basic services like water, electricity, gas, and internet.

7. Delivery of keys

We welcome you and deliver your new home with all the comfort and functionality you need. We'll personally welcome you and your family and open the doors to your new home together.

How does the process work?

Which region do you serve?

We currently serve all cities in mainland Portugal, preferably the Lisbon District.

I'm already in the city, but I can't find anything, can you help me?

Yes, we can! We have a team of professionals dedicated to helping and collaborating with people already in Portugal. However, the market is dynamic, and many properties easily "fly by." If you have the time and planning, the best thing to do is to handle the process in advance, while still in your home country.

Is it necessary to make a security deposit?

A security deposit serves as a guarantee for compliance with an obligation in a lease agreement, protecting the landlord against damage to the property or non-payment of rent and charges by the tenant. It is retained until the end of the lease and returned after the property inspection, provided there are no outstanding issues or repairs to be made. By law, a security deposit of twice the rent amount is required.

What is the average price of a rental property?

Prices vary depending on location, area, number of bedrooms, and especially whether the property is furnished and equipped. See examples at the end.

Is a guarantor necessary?

Not always! However, the tenant must reside in the same country where the lease agreement is being signed, and in some cases, even in the same region. In the absence of a guarantor, some landlords may accept advance rent payments as collateral, which must be agreed upon.
